“Run the Osaka Marathon for a charity of your choice!”

The Osaka Marathon is seeking charity runners who must select a charitable organization to support and then collect at least 70,000 yen in donations from family members, friends, and other supporters in order to run.

Charity runners participate for the purpose of deepening understanding of the Osaka Marathon charity activities and expanding the range of support.

Charity runners will represent both the charitable organization and the charity project itself, while collecting donations from supporters who are aligned with the charity runner in their choice of charity. If donations from supporters do not reach the target amount, the charity runners themselves will be asked to donate the missing amount.
