An Apology Regarding the Organization
of the Osaka Marathon 2025

Thank you for your participation in the Osaka Marathon 2025. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery of runners’ bags at the Osaka Marathon 2025, which was held on February 24.

We sincerely regret that runners had to wait so long for their belongings in the cold and harsh weather and are sorry that the Osaka Marathon did not meet their expectations in this regard.

We would also like to apologize for any trouble and inconvenience caused to the volunteers and other concerned parties who gave their time on the day.

Moving forward, in addition to carefully examining our shortcomings and implementing the relevant countermeasures, we will take on board the valuable feedback we have received and strive to organize an event that everyone is glad to have taken part in.
