Bank of America Chicago Marathon
Collaboration with the Bank of America Chicago Marathon
The Osaka Marathon has collaborated with the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, ever since its first race.
We strive to further develop both races through mutually dispatching local runners.
Major cooperation examples:
- Dispatching representative runners living in Osaka—one male and female runner each—from the Osaka Marathon to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon scheduled for the same year
- Accepting representative runners living in Illinois—one male and female runner each— from the Bank of America Chicago Marathon to the Osaka Marathon scheduled for the following year
- Placing ads in each other's program
