Dramatic Alaska is a guitar rock band from Kobe, formed by high school mates in 2010. The band has attracted attention, such as playing as the last performer of the day on COMIN’ KOBE 13 and made its CD debut in June 2013.
In 2015, Satoshi Yamamoto (Ga Ga Ga SP), Romantic☆Yasuda (Bakudan Johnny) and Masataka Sawayanagi (ex. THE NAMPA BOYS) joined the group as support guitarists and migrated to a new system. Stand-out features include the unconstrained high-pitched voice of vocalist Hijikata, attractive melodies and authentic guitar rock.
Their passionate and aggressive live performances make them well worth seeing.
